Alex Kintner (portrayed by Jeffrey Voorhees) is a minor character from the 1975 Steven Spielberg film Jaws. He was the second victim of the murderous great white shark Bruce.
While the residents of Amity are enjoying Independence Day festivities on the beach, Alex goes into the water with an inflatable. While a group of children are playing in the shallows, Alex goes further out. It is at this point that he is attacked by the shark and eaten alive, the waters turning red with his blood and scaring all other swimmers out of the water.
