Anita (portrayed by Jere Fields) was a minor character in Friday the 13th: A New Beginning. She was the girlfriend of Demon and the two of them had been traveling together for some time, living out of a van. In 1989, Demon and Anita had returned to Crystal Lake and Demon was reunited with his little brother Reggie. That night, Demon introduced Reggie to Anita while Reggie introduced Demon to Pam Roberts from the Pinehurst Youth Development Center. The siblings' reunion was cut short after Pam had to break up a fight between Tommy Jarvis and Junior Hubbard.

While Demon was relieving himself in an outhouse, Anita waited outside for him, having fun by shaking the outhouse and freaking Demon out. She then started singing to which Demon joined in, but after a minute she fell silent. After the outhouse was shaken again, Demon opened the door to find Anita dead on the ground, her throat cut.
