Anastasia, better known as Annie, was a minor character from the anime series Cowboy Bebop. She was an old acquaintance of Spike Spiegel from his time with the Red Dragon crime syndicate. While Annie wasn't a member of the syndicate herself, she was close friends with one of its Capos, Mao Yenrai, and provided information to them. Her late husband may have been a member of the syndicate.

In the series' final episode "The Real Folk Blues - Part 2", Spike reunites with Julia and the two of them visit Annie's shop for supplies before they go on the run. When they arrive, they find Annie on the couch, her arms covering a wound on her stomach. The Red Dragon had previously come to the store looking for Spike and Julia, and Annie had told them that Spike was dead. The thugs shot Annie and left her to bleed out. Spike tried to stop the bleeding, but Annie passed away shortly after their arrival.
