This article lists every death that occurs in the DC animated film Batman: The Killing Joke.
- After finding out that his nephew Paris is planning to take over his syndicate, Carlos Franscesco orders a hit on him. He sends triggermen to Paris' boat at the Gotham Docks and they open fire, killing one of Paris' men.
- Paris and his henchman Lionel rig the boat to explode before escaping into the water. When the boat blows up, three of Franscesco's assassins are killed in the blast.
- Carlos Franscesco - Gotham City crime lord, voiced by John DiMaggio. His nephew Paris had him gunned down and his corpse stuffed in a closet as a "gift" for Batgirl to find.
- A week after the Paris Franz case is closed, Batman is called by Detective Harvey Bullock to inspect a crime scene at Gotham Storage. Inside a storage unit are four corpses tied to chairs, supposedly members of a dentists' convention who disappeared three years previously. Three of the four corpses are grinning, indicating that they were killed by the Joker's trademark poison.
- The Joker makes a deal with a carnival owner to buy his property, and the two shake hands on it. When he took the carny's hand, the Joker was wearing a trick needle on his palm that injected the carny with Joker Venom, killing him and leaving him grinning in death.
- Jeannie - The wife of the man who would become the Joker, voiced by Anna Vocino. While the comedian is meeting with the Red Hood gangsters, he is approached by a policeman who informs him that there was an accident at his apartment resulting in an electrical fire that claimed the lives of Jeannie and her unborn child.
- In the Joker's final flashback, the Red Hood gangsters who roped the comedian into helping them are shot dead by security guards inside the chemical plant.
