Bob (portrayed by Tracey Walter) was a minor character in Tim Burton's Batman film. A member of Carl Grissom's crime syndicate, he was a close friend to Jack Napier and became his right-hand man when the Joker took over the gang. He would frequently run errands for the Joker and occasionally stick his neck out for him if he was in danger. However, his loyalty would be repaid with senseless violence. During the Gotham Anniversary Festival, the Joker attempted to kill the crowds with Smilex gas released from his parade balloons. Batman used his Batwing plane to steal the balloons and dispose of them, which enraged the Joker. To make himself feel better, the Joker asked Bob for his gun and then used it to shoot him.
