F. Hawkins (portrayed by Sean McGowan) was a minor character from Star Trek: Enterprise. Appearing in Season 3, he was a member of the Military Assault Command Operations unit assigned to the Enterprise NX-01 when Starfleet dispatched the vessel into the Delphic Expanse to make contact with the Xindi. He took part in numerous operations that required a more militant approach and served as an efficient sniper for the MACO team.

In the episode "The Council", while Captain Jonathan Archer went before the Xindi Council, Hawkins joined T'Pol and Malcolm Reed as they took a shuttlepod to study the interior of one of the mysterious moon-sized spheres scattered throughout the Expanse. While the team attempted to extract a redundant memory core, the sphere's internal defences activated. A large robotic arm grabbed Hawkins and used an energy emitter to instantly vaporize him.
