Fritz (portrayed by Eric Matheny) is a minor character from the TV series Charmed, appearing in the Season One episode "Thank You For Not Morphing".
He was the alias for a shapeshifter demon in association with Cynda and Marshall, all of whom plotted to steal the Book of Shadows from the Charmed Ones.
Fritz and his accomplices moved in across the street from the Charmed Ones. Cynda and Marshall posed as his siblings. Fritz was the least powerful of the three, while his sister Cynda, was the most powerful and Marshall was the leader.
They were vanquished by Prue, Piper and Phoebe with a spell.
