General Raven is a minor antagonist from the anime series Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. He is a Lieutenant General in the Amestrian State Military and a member of Central High Command. As such, he is also aware that the Amestrian government is being manipulated from the shadows by Father and his homunculi. Raven is implicit in Father's plan, believing that he is among the chosen few who will be blessed with immortality for helping the plan come to fruition. However, like everyone else, he is nothing but an expendable pawn to Father.

General Raven is introduced in Episode 24: Inside the Belly. He meets with Colonel Roy Mustang shortly after the Colonel's battle against the homunculus Lust. Mustang, now aware that Fuhrer Bradley is a homunculus, speaks to Raven and hints toward this fact, claiming that he heard it through the rumour mill. Raven leads Mustang into the Central Command room and repeats the rumour for all (including Bradley himself) to hear, revealing that all of Central Command is already entrenched in the malevolent machinations taking place in Amestris at Father's behest.
In Episode 36: Family Portrait, Raven travels to Fort Briggs to meet with General Olivier Mira Armstrong. Officially, he goes to inspect the base, but in reality he is there to see that the homunculus Sloth is placed back underground and allowed to continue his digging. With the Elric brothers present at Briggs and General Armstrong having witnessed a homunculus, Raven talks to her in private, unaware that Edward, Alphonse and Captain Buccaneer are listening in via a microphone in the air vent above Armstrong's office. Raven tells Olivier that he is one of the chosen few who will be gifted with immortality for aiding in Father's scheme and offers her the chance to take a seat at the table. Olivier feigns interest, but is truly disgusted by the notion of sacrificing so many lives for the sake of eternal life.

As Sloth is returned to the underground tunnel, the soldiers of Briggs seal up the hole with concrete. As Raven congratulates Armstrong for making the "right choice", the General draws her sword and stabs Raven through the arm. She reveals to the stunned General that she wasn't at all tempted by his offer and called him weak for pursuing immortality. She then slashed Raven from the shoulder down to the waist before kicking him into the pit of cement. With his dying breath, Raven lamented over his fate as cement filled his mouth and he disappeared beneath it.
