Glen (played by R.D. Reid) is a minor character from Zack Snyder's Dawn of the Dead. Nothing is known about him except that he was a survivor of the zombie apocalypse that was rescued from Fort Pastor by Norma.
When the Fort Pastor survivors joined Ana Clark's group at the Crossroads Shopping Mall, Glen befriended the other survivors, most notably Tucker and Monica. When the survivors planned to leave the mall and head for the marina, Glen helped with modifying the buses that the group used to navigate through the zombie horde.
Unfortunately, Glen would never make it to the marina. During the journey through the streets, a zombie clung to the side of the bus and Kenneth tried to get rid of it by ramming the side of the bus against an abandoned vehicle. Glen was wielding a chainsaw at that point and the bus' impact caused him to stumble into Monica while the chainsaw was running. Glen accidentally killed Monica and himself with the chainsaw and the blood sprayed across the windscreen, causing the bus to crash.
