Inspector Davey (voiced by Rokuro Naya in Japanese and Stuart Milligan in English) is a character from the anime OVA GenoCyber. Appearing in the first episode, he is a Hong Kong detective investigating the Kuryu Group, a scientific institute suspected of experimenting on humans to develop psychic weapons. Certain that Kenneth Reed's research will result in disaster, Davey searches for Elaine, a teenage girl that Reed is also seeking.

Davey finds Elaine following a train crash and she is brought to a hospital. Unfortunately, Reed and a group of masked underlings invade the hospital and murder everyone present. Davey's fate is much crueler, however. Regarding the inspector as a nuisance, Reed has Davey knocked out, tied to a bed and cut open from collar to groin. Davey wakes up to find his guts on display and dies from shock.
