Jerry Wang (portrayed by Ken Cheong) was a minor character in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. A former employee at NASA, he was one of a number of humans who were being blackmailed by the Decepticons into concealing their involvement with the United States' space-race and had been forced to conceal any and all information relating to the discovery of the Ark on the Moon. Wang would later quit NASA and take up a job at the software firm Accuretta Systems, though by this point his fear and paranoia over the Decepticons watching him had driven him crazy.
In 2012, Sam Witwicky had started working at Accuretta. Having gained a degree of fame due to his involvement with the Autobots in the past, Sam was recognised by Wang who followed Sam into an elevator. Wang appeared to assault Sam, but this was a cover to pass on documents to Sam that pertained to the moon landing and the Decepticons' activities.

Shortly after his encounter with Sam in the elevator, Wang returned to his office where he encountered the Decepticon assassin Laserbeak, who had transformed into a computer. Revealing himself, Laserbeak informed Wang that he had outlived his usefulness and Megatron wanted him silenced. Not wanting to go down without a fight, Wang drew two pistols and pointed them at Laserbeak. The sadistic bird-bot wasn't intimidated and knocked Wang into his chair which then rolled through the glass window. Wang fell over twenty storeys to his death.
