Kano is a murderous thug from the Mortal Kombat video games. He is the ringleader of the Chinese crime syndicate Black Dragon, with a talent for stabbing people in the back both figuratively and literally. He is easily recognised by his cybernetic right eye and speaks with a distinct Australian accent. Throughout all MK-related media, he is the arch-rival of U.S. Special Forces agent, Sonya Blade. A true mercenary, his only concern is money and there is no one he will not betray in order to obtain the wealth and power he desires.
