Kelsa (portrayed by Lucy Bell) was a minor character from the Farscape episode "Different Destinations". She was a Sebaceanoid nurse at the Jocacean Monastery when it was attacked by the Venek Horde 500 years before John Crichton arrived in the Uncharted Territories. Kelsa and several of the nurses were forced to take up arms when the Peacekeeper battalion hired to defend them suffered heavy losses, but historically the battle ended with a declaration of peace between the Horde and the Peacekeepers. After Crichton, Aeryn, Stark and D'Argo arrived in the past, however, history was altered, and even in spite of the Moya crews efforts to set events back on track, the original timeline still wasn't restored. No peace was reached and Kelsa and the other nurses were slaughtered by the Horde. The memorial within the monastery changed to reflect the nurses' sacrifice, but the planet remained populated as it had in the original timeline.
