Livia Saint (portrayed by Laura Harring) was the wife of Howard Saint in the 2004 film The Punisher. While not heavily involved with most of her husband's criminal activities, she was well aware of them and enjoyed a decadent lifestyle thanks to the wealth her husband's illegal businesses provided. In fact, it was Livia who ordered the massacre of Frank Castle's entire family after her son Bobby was killed during one of Frank's undercover operations.
When Frank decides to take revenge against the Saints, he begins by abducting and threatening cowardly informant Mickey Duka, who resents the Saints for ther utter lack of respect for him. Duka tells Frank all about Livia's routines and those of Saint's top hitman Quentin Glass, who Frank discovers is secretly a homosexual. With this information, Frank sets up Livia and Quentin, taking photos of them together and manipulating Howard into believing that the two are having an affair.

After Mickey provides Howard with the so-called "evidence" of Livia and Quentin's affair, Howard becomes jealous and vengeful. He confronts Quentin and murders him before going to confront his wife, beating her. Livia tells Howard that Quentin was gay, but Howard doesn't believe her, thinking she she was lying in order to save herself. He drives her to a bridge overlooking a railroad track. He gives her one last kiss and throws her over the bridge, causing her to land on the train tracks. Seconds later, Livia is run over by an oncoming train. The gory details are not shown on-screen.
