Lori Milligan is one of the main characters from the horror movie The Final Destination. She was a college student from McKinley, Pennsylvania and girlfriend of the film's protagonist, Nick O'Bannon.
History[]
In January 2009, Lori and her boyfriend Nick visited the McKinley Speedway to watch the Megatech 300 race with their friends Hunt Wynorski and Janet Cunningham. During the race, Nick experienced a premonition of a terrible crash that would also cause the partial collapse of the stadium, resulting in many deaths. When Nick panicked, he started a commotion with some of the other spectators and was led outside, with Lori, Hunt and Janet following. Moments later, the disaster that Nick had foreseen actually happened.
After the accident, Lori, Nick, Hunt and Janet visited the Death by Caffeine coffee shop. There, they saw a news report for a memorial service being held at the McKinley Speedway, and Lori and Nick decided to go pay their respects to the victims. The next day at the memorial service, they met the security guard George Lanter and the redneck Carter Daniels, whose wife Cynthia had died in the accident.
The next day, Lori received a call from Janet, who informed her that Carter had died. Lori changed the channel on her TV to watch the news report on his death. When Nick arrived, he saw this and realized that he saw clues as to how Carter was going to die the night before. After Samantha Lane's death, Lori and Nick decided to do some research, and found out about similar situations of accident survivors dying in freak accidents. They tried to warn Hunt and Janet that Death was still after them, but they didn't believe them.
Lori and Nick later went back to the speedway to try to find out which order the survivors were meant to die in, but they were caught by George. George took them to the security office and tried to help Nick remember the order by showing him security footage from the accident. After learning that Andy Kewzer was next, they visited the mechanic shop to warn him, only for him to be killed. They then realized that Hunt and Janet were next. As Nick left to go save Hunt, Lorihe and George rushed to save Janet. Although Hunt died, Janet was saved. After saving her, Lori talked to George who told her that he no longer cared whether he lived or died.
As Lori and Nick safe-proofed their apartment, a gust of wind knocked over a cup of coffee that stained a newspaper. The combination of the untouched words "Through Action they were saved" led them to believe that saving Janet had saved them. They visited George as he attempted to commit suicide. After George explained his multiple failed suicide attempts, they concluded that saving Janet ruined Death's plan and celebrated with apple cider.
Three days later, Lori went shopping with Janet. Afterwards, they went to see a movie and Lori started to notice similar omens that Nick saw before the speedway accident. Meanwhile, Nick had another premonition of a disastrous explosion at the mall that was going to kill him, Lori, Janet, and several others, but he rushed to the mall and was able to prevent the disaster.
Death[]

Two weeks later, Nick, Lori, and Janet visited Death by Caffeine, and Nick saw several more omens foreshadowing their deaths. He realized that everything they had been through was just a feint meant to lead them to where they needed to be for Death to strike. As he relayed this information to Lori and Janet, the scaffolding next to the coffee shop fell over and landed in the middle of the road. A truck swerved to avoid hitting it and crashed right into the coffee shop, running over Nick, Lori, and Janet and finally killing all three of them. Nick's, Lori's and Janet's deaths are viewed in x-ray format. When the truck hits her, Lori is thrown into a pillar in the coffee shop, which twists her neck, causing her head to fall forward.
