Maginty (played by T.J. Storm) was a minor character in Punisher: War Zone. Based on the comic character of the same name, he was an Irish criminal who headed an urban freeflow gang. When Jigsaw took over Gaitano Cesare's criminal empire, Maginty threw his lot in with the disfigured mobster, informing him of Cristu Bulat's deal with an Arab terrorist group.
Frank Castle is informed by Carlos Cruz that Maginty is working with Jigsaw and tracks him down. While Maginty and his parkour pals are jumping across rooftops, the Punisher strikes and kills both of Maginty's men before shooting out his knees. Castle then tortures Maginty for information on Jigsaw, which Maginty gives thinking that Castle will let him live afterwards. Of course, he's wrong; Castle throws Maginty off the roof and onto a spiked fence. Seeing Maginty is still breathing after being impaled, Castle jumps down and strikes Maginty's head, nearly decapitating him.
