Marcus Powell was a minor character in Season 11 of The Walking Dead. He was a member of the Reapers, a group of mercenaries that had survived the apocalypse by attacking and plundering other settlements. Like the other Reapers, Powell was fanatically devoted to the leader, Pope. In contrast to the other Reapers, he was far more easy-going and more trusting towards Daryl Dixon, who would ultimately take advantage of that trust in order to kill him unawares.

In the episode "For Blood", while Meridian was under siege by a large horde of walkers, Powell was assigned to sentry duty on the northwest wall. Daryl approached him and offered him a cigarette, which Powell accepted. As Daryl offered Powell a light, he "accidentally" dropped his matches. As Powell kneeled down to pick them up, Daryl then drew a hunting knife and stabbed him in the throat before tossing his body over the wall.
