Minn-Erva (portrayed by Gemma Chan) is a supporting character in the Marvel Studios film Captain Marvel. She is a Kree warrior and a member of Starforce, an elite taskforce of the Kree Empire, serving as the group's sharpshooter.
In 1995, Minn-Erva and the rest of Starforce had been tasked with rescuing a Kree operative from the planet Torfa who had been captured by the Skrulls. However, the mission was a trap orchestrated by the Skrull general Talos so he could capture Vers, a Starforce member with the unusual power to absorb and redirect energy in the form of photonic blasts. While the Skrull ambush was successful, they did not hold Vers for long as she was able to free herself and destroy Talos' ship before escaping to Earth.
By the time Starforce had found Vers, she had recovered most of her memories of her life on Earth and was helping the Skrulls in their efforts to evade the Kree and find a new home. They briefly captured Vers and held her before the Supreme Intelligence, but she was able to overcome it. While Nick Fury, Maria Rambeau and the Skrulls fled from Mar-Vell's laboratory, Vers stayed behind and fought against Starforce. When Minn-Erva fought Vers, she admitted that she never liked her. Ultimately, she was beaten by Vers as easily as her comrades

While Vers prevented Ronan the Accuser from bombarding Earth, Minn-Erva pursued the Quadjet carrying Maria, Fury and the Skrulls. Though she had the more advanced fighter craft and experience with dogfighting in space, Maria proved to be cunning and resourceful, managing to outsmart and outmaneauver Minn-Erva inside a canyon. After emerging from cover, Maria fired the Quadjet's miniguns and shot down Minn-Erva's fighter, killing her in the process.
