Officer Mooney is a character in Killer Klowns from Outer Space.
History[]
Officer Mooney is first seen leaving the Big Top Burger and soon enters his car. After a few minutes, he is seen driving only stopping for Bob McReed to finish crossing the road. Soon he tells Dave that Friday night is only beginning. Sometime later, He arrests two punkish college students and is about to torture them only for Dave to allow only humane treatment of them and isn't intimidated when Dave tells him he will be fired and soon he retorts to Dave that everyone will be history.
Mooney later reappears when Mike and Debbie arrive at the station and he blows off the story. Soon he recognizes Mike as a friend of Rich and Paul and asks if he is pulling a prank with them. Soon he tells them to leave and boasts that he won't be made a dummy.
Throughout the film, he receives numerous calls about the titular creatures and still is convinced it's only a joke. After Dave sees the carnage for himself and tries to warn Mooney, he instead is met with him berating him.
Death[]
After a bit, Mooney is in his office and sees Jumbo enter and soon he sees the Klown spray him with flowers. After that, Mooney snaps and arrests the Klown. Soon he takes him to the cells and places him in it, but not before banging him on his head with his blackjack. Soon after he starts to feel fear and soon the Klown uses a party blower to grab the crooked cop by his neck and knock him out on the bars. Soon Jumbo turns him into a dummy and kills Mooney. Soon they encounter Dave who has returned and after a bit, Jumbo pushes the lifeless body of Mooney aside.
