Otto (portrayed by Joe Hursley) is the driver of the school bus in Claire Redfield's convoy in Resident Evil: Extinction. As well as driving, he also assisted with food rationing and seemed to possess an uncanny ability to tell what was inside unlabelled food tins just by shaking them.
When the convoy was attacked by a swarm of crows infected with the T-virus, Otto and Nurse Betty evacuated the children off of the bus before the crows broke through the windows and flooded in. Otto was pushed out on to the open ground where the crows swiftly overwhelmed him and pecked him to death.
