Reptile is a villainous character from the Mortal Kombat video game series. He is also a minor antagonist in the animated film Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge.
Reptile is a monstrous reptilian creature that fights on behalf of Outworld in the Mortal Kombat tournament. During the tournament, he battles against Special Forces agent Sonya Blade in the middle of a swamp, using his power of invisibility to ambush her. However, Sonya proves to be far from easy prey and counters Reptile's attacks, even throwing mud over him to rob him of his invisibility. Sonya then jumps up and over Reptile, using a garot wire to seize the creature's neck and slice off his head.
