Rinic Sarova was a supporting character in the third season of Farscape. Appearing in the episode "Thanks For Sharing", she was the daughter of Rinic Pralanoth, the ruler of the planet Kanvia. She was portrayed by Rebecca Gibney.

When Moya and Talyn arrived at Kanvia to barter for chromextin, Crichton meets with the Rinics to assure them that they pose no threat. After subjecting himself to a lie-detecting creature called a Stralit, Crichton is allowed to leave and take a partial amount of chromextin back to Moya. He is later contacted by Sarova to discuss the negotiation and the two meet in a bar after hours. Sarova warns Crichton that her treacherous brother Tolven will not allow the deal to go through and will do whatever he can to stop it. Just then, an unseen observer plants a "putty bomb" into the refreshment house. Saova and Crichton both survive the explosion, although Crichton is badly injured.
The next day, Crichton's twin (who was created in the previous episode) continues the negotiations in his double's place and accuses Tolven of treachery. Tolven is subjected to the Stranit and professes his innocence, but while he had nothing to do with the bombing or tainting the chromextin, he has still been disloyal to his father Pralanoth and the Stralit kills him. After Crichton leaves, Sarova suddenly turns on her father, murdering him and ordering a missile strike against Moya and Talyn.
After Moya and Talyn have fled, it is revealed that Sarova had been replaced by a shape-shifting alien called a Colarta. The Colarta had killed the real Sarova after the bombing and was also responsible for tainting the chromextin. The creature was, in fact, working for Xhalax Sun, the elite Peacekeeper who was hunting for Talyn.
