Ron Grady (portrayed by Robert Rusler) was a supporting character in A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge. He was a student at Springwood High School and initially a rival of Jesse Walsh, but the two became closer after sharing punishment from Coach Schneider.
As he is continually haunted by Freddy Krueger, Jesse confides in Ron and asks for his help. On the night of Lisa Webber's house party, Jesse stays over at Ron's house and asks him to watch him in case anything weird happens. Unfortunately, Ron fell asleep and Freddy then possessed Jesse. Ron awoke to the sound of Jesse screaming and witnessed his transformation into Freddy. He called out to his parents, unable to open his bedroom door. As his father thumped on the other side of the door, Ron was impaled by Freddy's finger blades which stabbed through the door, startling his parents.
