Santino Noguera was a minor character from Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. He appeared in the Season 4 episode "Lockup".
History[]
Santino was once the leader of the Fifth Street Locos, a criminal gang based in Los Angeles. His life of crime would eventually see him put behind bars at South Ridge Penitentiary. While their boss was in prison, the Locos continued to operate as normal for a time. Santino would later learn that his gang were contracted to kill Eli Morrow and orchestrated a drive-by shooting. However, Eli's car was being driven by his nephews Robbie and Gabriel Reyes at the time of the shooting. While neither of the Reyes boys were killed, Gabe was left paraplegic and would spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair following that event.
Death[]
Years later, Santino was reading quietly in his prison cell when a commotion arose among the other inmates. S.H.I.E.L.D. had entered the prison on a mission and Robbie Reyes had accompanied them. Reyes stepped up to Santino's cell and noted that he was a member of the Fifth Street Locos, which led Noguera to work out that Reyes was clearly from Los Angeles due to his knowledge of the Locos. Just as Reyes was losing his temper, he was pulled away by Alphonso Mackenzie who led him away while Noguera blew him a mocking kiss before sitting back down and reading his book.
Later, after all the cell doors had been opened and a riot was underway, Santino was still calmly reading in his cell when Robbie came through the cellblock again with his uncle Eli in tow. With no bars between them this time, Robbie confronted Santino again, asking if he knew about the drive-by shooting that left his brother crippled. Santino stated he knew, but he hadn't organized the hit, and he didn't know who had since every last member of the Locos had been killed following that day. Robbie noted that there was still one member of the Locos alive, indicating Santino himself. He then transformed into the Ghost Rider before Santino's eyes and took his revenge, incinerating the ex-gangster with a touch of hellfire. The rioting prisoners all witnessed Santino's murder and were terrified, returning to their cells so as to stay out of the Rider's way.
