Satoshi Hasashi (voiced by Grey Griffin) is a minor character from the animated film Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge. He is the young son of Hanzo Hasashi, a ninja of the Shirai Ryu clan.
One fateful day, Satoshi and his father return to their hidden village to find the streets mysteriously deserted. They soon find that their clansmen and even Satoshi's mother have been murdered by agents of the Lin Kuei, a rival clan from China. Lin Kuei assassins appear and attempt to slay Hanzo and Satoshi, but Hanzo is able to fend off the attackers. Seeing all of his clansmen dead drives Hanzo into a vengeful rage and he brutally slaughters every Lin Kuei in his sights while his terrified son watches.
Whilst watching his father go on a bloody rampage, Satoshi is suddenly grabbed by Sub-Zero. The ice ninja demands that Hanzo surrender or his son will die. Hanzo gets on his knees, but then Sub-Zero casts an icy blast that flash-freezes Hanzo in place, leaving only his head exposed. Able to see and breathe but unable to move, Hanzo can only watch helplessly as Sub-Zero murders Satoshi in front of him. The camera is zoomed in on Satoshi's face so that the audience cannot see Sub-Zero thrust an icicle through the boy's neck.
