Scroop is the secondary antagonist of Treasure Planet.
History[]
Scroop and his fellow pirates were hired by Dr. Doppler to find the treasure of Captain Nathaniel Flint.
Scroop is first seen crawling down when Jim overhears the pirates planning on a mutiny. He tries to intimidate him, but to no avail. Jim also mocks Scroop and they soon begin to brawl. After a bit, Mr. Arrow arrives and breaks up the fight. After being berated by him, Scroop is stopped from retaliating by John Silver. However, as soon as Silver looks a different way, Scroop glares at Mr. Arrow intent on finishing him. After this, Scroop and Silver argue about the mutiny almost being ruined and Scroop tries to defend his actions but Silver brushes it off.
Sometime later, A supernova occurs and everyone attempts to secure lifelines while Scroop and Silver are working on the sails. Soon he sees Mr. Arrow hanging on a rope and sabotages it so that Mr. Arrow is sucked into the black hole. Soon he arrives to Amelia and explains Mr. Arrow died. Everyone, even Jim, believes it was his fault. However, Silver becomes suspicious when he sees a sinister smile from Scroop.
Later, Scroop overhears Silver talking with Jim about what he believes happened and discovers the captain has a soft spot for Jim. Soon, he ambushes Silver and questions him about his soft spot for Jim. Soon they fight while Silver lies about liking Jim. Unbeknownst to anyone, Jim, who is hiding, thinks he was played. They stop fighting when they arrive at Treasure Planet. Scroop stays behind while the others explore the planet.
Later, when Jim, Morph and B.E.N. return to the ship, Scroop discovers they arrived when an alarm is sounded. Soon he gets pie splattered on his face by Morph, but he soon knocks Morph into the pipes. Afterwards, Jim aims his gun at Scroop only for B.E.N. to plunge the ship into darkness. Scroop uses this to his advantage.
Death[]
Despite Morph alerting Jim of Scroop's presence, Scroop manages to overwhelm Jim and they soon fight. Soon both are sent flying due to B.E.N. turning the gravity off. Later on, Scroop is about to finish Jim off. However, Jim manages to evade him and send him floating into space.
