The Nazi truck transporting Captain Archer is attacked by American insurgents. Four Nazi troopers are killed in the ensuing shootout.
On the streets of New York, an American citizen is shot dead by an S.S. trooper.
As Archer, Alicia, Sal and Carmine skulk through the streets, gunfire can be heard in the distance as the S.S. start executing curfew-breakers before curfew time.
After their meeting with Ghrath, Archer, Alicia, Sal and Carmine are attacked by S.S. troops. Carmine shoots three soldiers to give Archer and Alicia a chance to escape.
Alicia shoots two Nazi troops while she and Archer are trapped in a dark alley.
4x02: Storm Front - Part 2[]
Two Nazi soldiers are killed by a grenade thrown at their guard post.
Archer shoots three Nazis with a phase pistol. It is unclear if the pistol was set to stun or kill.
Carmine shoots three Nazis near a sand barrier, including one through the neck.
Alicia and a group of resistance fighters roll up in a van and gun down the remaining Nazi soldiers at the sand barrier.
Inside Vosk's compound, Silik ambushes a Nazi soldier and uses him as a human shield as another trooper shoots at him. Silik then draws his shield's pistol and shoots the other soldier.
A Nazi soldier shoots Silik from behind, but is then shot by Archer.
The German Generalmajor (portrayed by Christopher Neame) informs Vosk that he is taking over the facility and directing their forces to the frontlines. Vosk responds by shooting the general and his guards.
Two more Nazis and one of Carmine's men die in the continuing shootout outside Vosk's facility.
In the skies above New York, Enterprise shoots down one of the Na'kuhl's modified stuska bombers.
Enterprise bombs Vosk's compound with photon torpedoes just as Vosk steps into a temporal conduit. The facility is destroyed and Vosk is erased from history, returning the timeline to normal so that the Na'kuhl never came to Earth.
4x04: Borderland[]
Aboard a Klingon ship, two Human prisoners overpower their captors with superhuman strength. During the struggle, one Klingon has his neck broken and another is shot with his own disruptor.
The two Augments enter the bridge of the Klingon vessel and gun down the crew.
While talking to Dr. Arik Soong in prison, Captain Archer mentions that the entire crew of the Klingon bird-of-prey was massacred. Aside from the deaths mentioned above, the crew died when they were jettisoned into space.
While Enterprise is being attacked by a pair of Orion interceptors, the Augments' bird-of-prey emerges from warp, firing on both interceptors and destroying one of them.

4x05: Cold Station 12[]
On Cold Station 12, Dr. Soong tries to force Dr. Lucas into giving him the codes to release hundreds of Augment embryos from cryo-storage. When Lucas refuses, Soong's Augments place one of Lucas' colleagues into an isolation booth and expose him to a deadly pathogen that causes the scientist's blood vessels to boil. Soong continues to pressure Dr. Lucas into giving him the codes but the doctor remains tight-lipped. However, Soong can't bring himself to commit murder and releases an anti-pathogen into the isolation booth. He does this too late, however, and the infected scientist dies.
One of Archer's MACO troops is shot by an Augment.
4x06: The Augments[]
After Enterprise destroys the Augments' biogenic torpedo, the bird-of-prey comes about and fires. An explosion on Enterprise's bridge results in the death of a MACO guard.
Enterprise returns fire and inflicts heavy damage on the bird-of-prey. At least two of the Augments are killed.
Malik activates the self-destruct system on the bird-of-prey. He manages to transport over to Enterprise without being detected, leaving his remaining crew to die as their ship explodes.
4x07: The Forge[]
The United Earth Embassy on Vulcan is bombed, killing 43 people, including Admiral Forrest.
4x08: Awakening[]
The Vulcan High Command authorize the bombing of the Syrrannite sanctuary in the Forge. It is unknown how many members of the Syrrannite movement were killed, although T'Pol's mother T'Les was one of them.
4x10: Daedalus[]
Burrows - An Enterprise crewman portrayed by Noel Manzano. He is killed after coming into contact with an unknown anomaly that causes severe cellular disruption, leaving his face warped and twisted.
4x12: Babel One[]
The episode opens on the Andorian warship Kumari. Shran is alone on the ruined bridge, the rest of his bridge crew having been killed after the ship was attacked by what appeared to be Tellarites.
The Enterprise rescues Shran and his remaining crew. Out of his ship's complement of 86, 67 of Shran's crew died.
4x13: United[]
Disguised as Enterprise, the Romulan drone ship destroys a Rigelian cruiser, killing its crew of 17.
4x14: The Aenar[]
Enterprise arrives at the last known coordinates of the Earth cargo ship Ticonderoga. All they find of the vessel is a field of debris and several Human corpses.
After communicating with his sister Jhamel via telepathy, Gareb, the Aenar operating the Romulans' drone ships, has them attack each other. One drone ship is destroyed by the other, the second is destroyed by Enterprise.
4x15: Affliction[]
In search for Phlox's abductors, Enterprise comes across the wreck of a Rigelian vessel. The entire crew was killed.
General K'Vagh brings Phlox a patient infected with the Levodian flu. Antaak is about to euthanize the infected Klingon but Phlox stops him. While Phlox and Antaak argue, K'Vagh draws his disruptor and shoots the patient.
A group of Klingons mutated by the Augment virus (having lost their cranial ridges) beam aboard Enterprise, shooting a crew member in a corridor.
A MACO stuns one of the Klingon intruders, but is shot dead immediately after.
K'Vagh informs Phlox that the Klingon High Council has ordered the destruction of N'Vak Colony, where the Augment virus outbreak began.
4x18: In A Mirror, Darkly - Part 1[]
In the mirror universe, when Humanity made first contact with the Vulcans in 2063, Zefram Cochrane shot the captain of the Vulcan survey ship. The residents of Bozeman then proceeded to murder the rest of the Vulcan crew and take everything from their ship.
As Captain Forrest is waiting at the turbolift, the door opens and Reed and Mayweather shoot the guard standing beside the captain.
On the ISS Enterprise bridge, Mayweather shoots the tactical officer when he attempts to call for security.
One of Archer's guards is shot by crew members loyal to Forrest.
Forrest, T'Pol and their group storm the bridge, shooting the three crew members there.
Phlox kills the Tholian imprisoned in the decon chamber by rapidly reducing the temperature, causing the Tholian's crystalline body to shatter.
With Enterprise's reactor about to breach, Forrest orders the crew to abandon ship. Several escape pods are destroyed either by Tholian weapons fire or by smashing into the energy web that has caged Enterprise.
4x19: In A Mirror, Darkly - Part 2[]
After gaining control of the USS Defiant, Archer's crew use the ship's phasers to destroy three Tholian ships preventing them from leaving dock.
The Defiant emerges from the Tholian spacedock, then uses photon torpedoes to destroy it.
Kelby - An Enterprise crewman portrayed by Derek Magyar. While searching for a missing plasma regulator, he is attacked and partially eaten by the Gorn slavemaster Slar.
Two more of Archer's crew fall victim to Slar off-screen, according to a report from Major Reed.
Slar sets a trap for Archer's crew, leaving a communications device in a corridor as a lure. He then remotely triggers a bomb planted in the same junction and two of Reed's men are killed in the explosion.
The ISS Avenger is attacked by four rebel ships. The captain is killed during the attack after a piece of shrapnel is lodged in his head.
Three of the rebel ships are easily destroyed by the Defiant. The fourth ship is allowed to flee.
T'Pol's plan to sabotage the Defiant fails. Her co-conspirators aboard the Avenger all perish when their ship is destroyed by the Defiant's superior weaponry.
4x22: These Are The Voyages...[]
A group of alien criminals board Enterprise in search of Shran and his daughter. Tucker tricks the group into following him into a plasma junction and, pretending to access communications, rigged the junction to explode. The explosion killed the intruders but also left Tucker mortally wounded.
