Suzi Donaldson (portrayed by Tiffany Paulsen) was a minor character in Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan. She and her boyfriend Jim were high school students celebrating their graduation by having sex on Jim's parents' boat. As the boat drifted into Crystal Lake, Jim weighed anchor and decided to scare Suzi with the story of Jason Voorhees and his numerous murders. Ironically, Jim would be responsible for Jason's latest resurrection as the boat's anchor would get caught on an electrical cable running through the bed of the lake. The anchor tore through the cable and the resulting electrical current reanimated Jason who was buried under a pile of debris nearby.

The newly revived Jason climbed aboard Jim's boat, claiming a hockey mask that Jim had used to scare Suzy earlier as well as a harpoon. As Jim and Suzy were having sex, Jason lurked towards them. Suzy saw Jason coming and alerted Jim. Suzy scrambled out the window behind her to escape, leaving Jim to be gutted by the masked monster. She hid away inside a small holding cell in the deck, but unfortunately for her, Jason found the trap door and opened it. Seeing Suzi inside, Jason impaled her with the same harpoon he used to kill her boyfriend.
