Thorn was a Republic clone shock trooper who appeared in the sixth season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Appearing during the episode "Crisis at the Heart", he was assigned to protect Senator Padme Amidala when she visited the planet Scipio to witness the inauguration of Rush Clovis as leader of the InterGalactic Banking Clan. While Amidala and Separatist leader Bec Lawise entered Clovis' office, they left their military escorts outside. However, at that time, the Separatists launched an invasion of Scipio and Thorn and his unit found themselves outnumbered by battle droids. Thorn put up a valiant struggle against the advancing droid forces, gunning down many with his heavy repeating blaster. Sadly, in the end, he was overwhelmed and shot dead.
