Vreena is a minor supporting character in the American-Australian sci-fi series Farscape. She is a Sebacean medic who works for the Scarran captain Jenek. She is portrayed by Sandy Gore.
History[]
First appearing in the episode "Prayer", Vreena served as a nurse aboard the Scarran freighter under the command of Captain Jenek. After Aeryn Sun had been captured, Vreena was tasked with aiding Jenek in Aeryn's interrogation. She gave Aeryn multiple injections of truth serum and anesthetic, but Aeryn displayed tremendous strength of will and continued to defy all attempts to break her in order to protect her unborn child.
Death[]
In the episode "We're So Screwed, Part 1 - Fetal Attraction", Jenek's ship had docked at a Scarran space station and Moya had followed them. As part of their plan to rescue Aeryn, the undercover Moya crew released a virus on board the station, triggering a station-wide quarantine. Vreena was one of the unlucky few to be infected with the virus and died.
