Walker Keel
(portrayed by Jonathan Farwell)
is a Starfleet captain who appears in the Star Trek: TNG episode, Conspiracy. He attempts to contact Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the Enterprise discreetly in order to warn him of an attempt by an unknown alien power to subvert control of Starfleet and the Federation. Picard meets with Walker and two other captains on Dytallix B but Picard is not quite convinced. Later on, the Enterprise finds that Walker's ship, the USS Horatio, has been destroyed, along with its captain.
