Waxer was a Republic clone trooper who appeared in numerous episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. He was a member of Ghost Company who took part many major campaigns of the Clone Wars, including on Geonosis, Ryloth and Umbara. Waxer was a fairly easygoing individual and a loyal soldier who ultimately laid down his life for the Republic. Like all clone troopers in the series, he was voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.

Waxer would meet his end in the episode "Carnage of Krell", the fourth and final episode in Season 4's Umbara arc. During the Battle of Umbara, traitorous Jedi General Pong Krell orchestrated the elimination of many Republic troopers by turning whole units against each other. He had Waxer's and Rex's battalions fight each other under the pretense that the opposing side were actually Umbaran dissidents disguising themselves as clone troopers.
Rex's and Waxer's units encountered one another in the forest and attacked one another, thinking the other unit were Separatists in disguise. In the ensuing firefight, Waxer was shot and critically wounded. Fortunately, Rex was able to stop the battle after discovering the body of one of Waxer's men and realizing that both sides were clones. He asked Waxer who had ordered his men to attack and Waxer revealed that General Krell was responsible for misinforming them. He then succumbed to his wounds and died.
